I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Green City and I must say that my experience left a lot to be desired. While the initial impression seemed promising, several aspects of my stay were disappointing, ranging from room cleanliness to room service and even the behavior of the receptionists. Upon checking in, I was greeted with a courteous smile by the reception staff. However, as my stay progressed, I noticed a lack of genuine interest in addressing my concerns. The receptionists seemed indifferent and often appeared too preoccupied to provide the level of assistance one would expect from a hospitality establishment. The cleanliness of the room was also an area of concern. While the room appeared tidy at first glance, closer inspection revealed dust accumulation in corners, and the bathroom lacked the pristine cleanliness that is essential for guest comfort. I found myself questioning the thoroughness of the housekeeping team. Room service was another disappointment. The menu offered a variety of options, but the execution fell short of expectations. Orders arrived later than promised, and on more than one occasion, the food was either cold or inaccurately prepared. This significantly affected my overall experience, as dining in the comfort of my room was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. In all honesty, I believe that the potential for a great stay exists within Hotel Green City However, improvements are urgently needed in various areas. From better training for reception staff to meticulous room cleaning protocols and efficient room service procedures, there's ample room for enhancement. It's disheartening to leave a review like this, especially when I had hoped for a memorable stay. I sincerely hope that Hotel Green City takes these criticisms constructively and works towards providing a more positive experience for future guests.
