Good experience at Hotel H! Rooms are super comfortable. Enough place for car parking. Food is amazing. Few suggestions 1) Hotel should have in house car cleaner. 2) Hotel staff for Room keeping should have uniforms instead of Civil clothes. 3) Room dining should be made available 24/7 since people check in at different times of the day or atleast allow Zomato/ Swiggy.

Only redeeming quality of this place is location and that there’s no other offering. Day 1: Dirty (blood) sheets, TV doesn’t work, toilet doesn’t work, broken table and chair, bathroom floor is wet, WiFi doesn’t work, no help with our bags up stairs, and the room key doesn’t work. We are told it’s going to be an hour for someone to come look at the sheets and bathroom, after asking to just switch rooms they somehow immediately came to service our room. Breakfast was a joke, only two “hot” dishes and 1 was cold and soggy. Day 2: Still no TV, WiFi, desk and chair broken, cold water, and keys stop working again. Tried to order some room service, had to call 5 different desks to place one order, which they needed to call me back twice to confirm. Day 3: Still no Tv, WiFi, desk and chair still broken, and keys stop working yet again. While checking out asked for help with the bags in ten minutes as my wife was still in the room. The attending ran up immediately and rushed us out of the room…even though we were checking out 2 hours early. Place has a lot of potential but the owner clearly doesn’t care about improving the attention to detail given the limited competition in the area. Hard to tout luxury and a business hotel without WiFi. At least the walls are also paper thin and rooms unfinished so we didn’t need an alarm. Shouting neighbors and people in the hallways promptly woke us up every morning.

Very bad food, and below average service. I remember a place with the breakfast it provides....... The entire spread was no better than contents of a hurriedly packed travel food box from an indifferent host...... Never going back to the place
