We had a overall comfortable stay there for 3 nights. The rooms are good and basic amenities are well provided. The staff is very kind and helpful. We had dinner in their restaurant and it was very tasty. We loved it. On the contrary, breakfast was a super flop. Kindly work on improving the breakfast dishes and hire a good chef !

I stayed there with my family from 23rd to 25th November and booked 2rooms. This is a very good property and stuffs are very good specially resturent staff behaviour. foods are very delicious and higencin but prices are little bit high.

For those who thought Jiva has the best food(including me), We stand corrected. At the same price range getting food that is 10 times more premium and tastier, it is the best. Guys, please try the food out at Heiga, it is simply the best in Shillong.
