A very bad and pathetic service. They seem to claim that they are high class stay in but in reality very bad. To list out the issues, 1) The entrance light in the room was not working, 2) There were no proper chairs or a single sofa too. A very cheap worn out plastic chair was there, 3) The toilet closet was so bad that there were some black stains or discoloration 😇 I don't know, 4) The shower head was rusted and the water was spraying from all directions, 5) To top it as an icing on the cake, NO HOT WATER!!!! that too at 6.00am in the morning 😱. 6) No Kettle or coffee/tea service. Now these are about the room but it didn't end there. We said while checking in that we'll be leaving or checking out in the morning at 6.30am. As we had prepaid for our breakfast and they said usually the breakfast will get ready by 8.00am, we requested them to provide bread and tea for which they agreed. But when we were leaving, it wasn't ready. We took two water bottles and they asked us to pay for it even after our pre-paid breakfast which we didn't eat. Overall a very bad experience which we didn't feel anywhere else. A DEFINITE NO TO ANYONE WHO WANTS STAY HERE. PLEASE!!!!!

Too small rooms as shown on website too shaby washrooms not at clean no amenities or cleanliness no dental kit kept no shower gel or shampoo kept in washroom no tv channel working won't recommend this hotel rather there are many nice hotels near temple ..
