Close to main tourist places, room condition is decent for the price asked. Staff is very cordial! very Good! Very Dutiful. It rained heavily during our check out and we had an infant with us. The lanes were full of water yet the staff ensured that we do not step into waters and reach airport timely. The staff was entirely drenched to ensure that we do not get even single drop of water on us. I am very impressed by the hospitality of people here in general, but staff efforts are definitely commendable. Thankyou very much. I am not aware of the food facility here as we ordered from swiggy ( since we checked in very late around 12am) and other days we ate at tourist places. Walkable distance from main Golden temple and Jallianwala Bagh.

Hello freinds....I have visited amritsar few days back and stayed at Hotel Holycity.Let me tell you about my stay. Firstlly i want to say that the location of the Hotel is nearest to Golden Temple...just a 2 mins walk from Hotel to Golden Temple....Jalianwala bagh and 10 mins to Hall bazar market...every thing is just in a walkable distance..Secondlly rooms are very neat and clean and service staffs are well behaved and very helpfull. Receptionist at Hotel Holy City is very well behaved and polite and will always guide you properly regarding amritsar or trip to wagah border or other places. So I'll always prefer my freinds family's or the persons who are going to anritsar whom I know to stay at Hotel Holy City and experience the comfort and enjoy their trip.. Thank you

Rooms are good but there are lot of issues with services, AC was nt working and it took an hour for staff to address our issue. Breakfast was a real struggle. Firstly they refuse to give us breakfast saying it is not in out package, it's only after showing the email and getting approval from oyo people they gave us breakfast and this entire process took 1 hour. Again they gave only one parantha in breakfast and took 1:30 hours to give us breakfast. We were on a family trip with little children with us. It was a pathetic experience we got 2-3 our late for further trip because of breakfast issue. And they were even not polite. I would not reccrecomany family to go there.

My wife and I stayed in a Deluxe Room in Hotel Holy City, Amritsar during 11 - 16 March 2017. We were visiting from Singapore. It was a very pleasant experience for us. The Manager-cum- Reception staff (Mr Aggarwal and Mr Gupta) and the room service staff (Bharat and Surindar) were cordial, professional, caring and helpful, and they always offered service with a smile. Our room as well as the washroom was clean; the towels and bed sheets were changed every day; the mineral water was provided daily on a complimentary basis; the hot water was available 24 hours; and the Wi-Fi was available in the room without any hiccups. This hotel is conveniently located at a walking distance from the Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh and the Amritsar Townhall. Besides, there are a few eateries and souvenir shops nearby. On the date of our departure, they had also arranged a car for us to go to the airport at a competitive price. Overall, we were indeed impressed. As guests of the hotel, we sincerely appreciate their hospitality and go-the-extra mile (GEM) service at all times during our stay there. We would certainly look forward to staying in this hotel for our future trips to Amritsar.
