I drove 120 kms after they confirmed 3 rooms to me... On arrival they simply showed us the no vacancy board at about 11 pm in the night.... Ridiculous customer service

I have lived in many countries of the main world. I was not see this type dirty room or facility anywhere. Me and my colleague had to face a lot of problems there on 1st Aug 2023. We will pay 1500 rupees, which will have 2 non ac single rooms, but the condition was so bad that even thinking was vomiting. Very rude behavior by an staff who is using glasses. He doesn't even have the manners to talk to a female professional.
