Location is good. Rooms require maintenance as my room the paint was coming out and the bed corners were dusty. I had to change my room since earlier I got the room near septic tank of the hotel. Service is slow. Being a 3 star category hotel they will not provide iron instead charge you for it with gst applicable. You will not be provided upgrades even if the hotel is at fault since they are one of the few good hotels so they are sold out. Staff is good and polite. Even you want to stay here select only premium category rooms.

One of the worst hotels.. might be a good location but every things is glittery and shiny on the outside.. the hotel staff at the reception are arrogant. They where least bothered about the check out guests .. we had to check out our luggage ourselves load in the car by ourselves, when you complain the hotel staff none of them apologised rather behaved unbothered.. in plain simple words their action conveyed Check out guest h ghanta farak nai padta hmko. Instead the reception staff started to argue. You don’t make a good hotel by placing attractive idols of Krishna at the reception.. hospitality is the key..which clearly this hotel lacked.
