Very nice service.. The best part was the round-the-clock hot water availability in rooms. The personalised touch of asking us if we were doing alright and needed anything was quite refreshing.. Food too was great including the complimentary breakfast... Situated in the heart of the police bazaar... Great for shopping too.. Highly recommended!!!!

It is in a very good location with very good service. Staffs are very cordial. Rooms are neat & clean. They have a very well decorated restaurant. But according to all these facilities, their room rent is little bit high. If you go & talk face to face, you can get the same room with half price according to online booking. The food quality is good in the restaurant but price is also little bit high. And the complimentary breakfast quality should be improved.

We stayed in hotel for 2 days. Everything was good. For the extra person, the bed arrangement was also good. Food was tasty, just they can have more persons in restaurants as it delays the service. Staff is good. Thanks to the restaurant manager, reception guy and tradition for being so kind and having our stay pleasant.
