HOTEL J K REGENCY

Worst hotel i ever stayed, The pics of the room are not from this hotel, please dont get fooled. I booked this hotel online after my delayed flight at midnight, as soon as i went to the reception the guy who was very bad in behaviour started rudely asking me question, as soon as i told i have booked and paid online he straightaway said you cant check in, he gave some weird excuse that we have told online site that we dont accept this and that, he also said the date is over and all those mad things, for 30 minutes i had to give all proof of my payment, then when i said iam going to checkout after 6 hrs he somehow agreed to let me in as giving a favour, now the room part , its bad as hell, small, smelly room, small washroom, room service is next to nill, at 0200 in the morning the room service guy knocks on the door to take back extra towel he kept in the room, they gave tap water filled in bisleri bottel, i did not drink it, you cant sleep after 0500 since this hotel is so close to highway you can listen to all sounds of vehicles, somehow i ran away at 0700. So guys if you are decent middle class traveller never come here, specially if you have family then forget, the problem is these kind of hotels are listed in many online websites and they dont entertain online guests, i deleted the app after this, my advice is always book through reputed online portals, better to check physically the hotels and if you like some hotel then take the number and book it directly next time, but avoid hotels like these. These are highly unsafe and dangerous ones, its good only for local gangs, business men, they have permanent guests who come at night, so avoid this hotel at any cost.

Wow Experience.. Very Comfortable and Spacious Rooms with all amenities, having Excellent Staff, They know the meaning of what Hospitality is..!! Delicious food with good quantity, Cleaniness & Hygiene is 5 star, Ambience and Aura of the place is very positive, very Near to Airport.. Will Stay here again during my next visit.
