I am guest of hotel Jiva since 13/1/2024 to 20/1/2024. and there is one incident happened which I want to share with you all.. Yesterday I had ordered veg lemon coriander soup for my self and by hotel staff delivered to me chicken soup instead of veg soup. Most important things which I bring you in notice that I am belongs Brahmin cast and I am pure vegetarian. That chicken soup to me instead of veg soup, i about to taste that soup but God forbid i got some suspicious chicken peace in my soup. As Brahmin i feel very bad and how careless hotel staff. Instead of all the incidents i asked the duty manager for written apology but they are taken me for granted and not entertain my complaint seriously. I am very disappointed and pathetic service experienced I had ever. I didn't recommend ever to anyone of my colleagues and known. #boycott hotel Jiva jamesdpur #pathetic service of hotel JIVA jamshedpur.

Very good hotel, good location, in the heart of the town. Rooms are clean with all possible amenities. Services are quick and staff behaviors are good enough. They gave handmade cookies with some cakes and juice beverages as complimentary mini bar. Those were very tasty. Soap, shampoo, comb, handwash, slipper, towels, wifi, mini refrigerator all were nicely arranged.

Jamshedpur, to me, is synonymous with Jiva. My first encounter with Jiva was last year, and ever since, every time I visit Jamshedpur, Jiva is my go-to choice for accommodation. Being a frequent traveler due to my work, I find solace in staying at Jiva during my trips to Jamshedpur. The familiarity I have developed with this place over time is simply unmatched. There are numerous reasons why I have a strong preference for Jiva: Staff's Exceptional Behavior: From Darwan Ji's warm welcome to the ever-smiling faces at the reception, there is a seamless coordination among the staff. Everyone is incredibly welcoming and they never cease to amaze with their hospitality. I vividly recall a late-night arrival when I asked if I could place an order after their usual duty hours, and their response was reassuring: "Don't worry, we're here for you." Outstanding Room Service: The staff now knows my preferences as a frequent guest. Regardless of the time, they are always ready to assist. Impeccable Rooms: The rooms are not only aesthetically pleasing but also spacious, spotlessly clean, and hygienic. What sets Jiva apart is their thoughtful gesture of offering complimentary cookies, snacks, and beverages to guests, which they replenish daily. Efficient Housekeeping: A call is all it takes to have the housekeeping team at your service. Their prompt and efficient response ensures that your stay is as comfortable as can be. Delicious Food: The culinary experience at Jiva is a delight from breakfast to dinner. Being a frequent visitor, they have come to know my dinner preferences well. Their Dal Khichri and Chokha are especially noteworthy, cooked with a lot of care and love. It's evident that their dishes are prepared with a homely touch, and they are more than willing to customize recipes to your liking. In summary, Jiva is a hotel that consistently exceeds expectations. Their unwavering commitment to hospitality makes them a shining example in the industry. My heartfelt gratitude to the entire Jiva team for always ensuring that my stay is nothing short of exceptional. Thank you!
