Hotel Kanji Palace

Best hotel we can say in city, as when i checked in there with my family i found that staff members were waiting for us with smile on their faces. After checked in when we entered in the room we found that room has beautiful fragrance and very neat & clean and interior was also very nice. Bed we found is best ever. Very beautiful rooms and service of this hotel. I asked why all this as some reviews aren’t very best then the Manager Vikesh Singh ji told to me that this hotel is sold to a new business person and since everything is changed. I am happy to come to this hotel and would come here next month again with my parents too. Lovely hotel and staff, thanks 🙏😊🙏

Horrible Hotel. Never Coming Back. Recently stayed in this hotel with family and this was such a bad experience. For a relatively high price of Rs. 1200 per room we got the following: 1. The room was stinking of cigarettes when we entered. Thinking this will be temporary, we stayed. 2. The bed sheet was dirty.. so were the towels.. again stinking of god knows what. 3. They don't allow outside food and don't have a dine in option.. so only option was to go out or order room service.. being tired we ordered lunch from them. 4. The food came after 1.5 hours. 5. Quality of dal and paneer was average. Quantity was too low. 6. Rotis were so hard it took strength to make bites. 7. Looking at their service we decided no more meals from here but continued our stay. 8. At night we inhaled continuos smoke of cigarettes from some common air shaft system they had- me being there with my 3 month old complained but they blamed guests in other rooms and did nothing about it. 9. We ordered morning tea at 6am and they said kitchen opens late so we have to wait 2 hours but when we saw a staff delivering tea to some room they said ok we will give now. 10. After all this shitt we decided not to stay there anymore but they still tried to bill us for 2 days - even though we checked out in time for 1 day. Now I come here looking at Google and oyo to realise actuall price of delux room is around 900 meaning they cheated us in that aspect as well!!
