We have a very bad experience here, rooms and bathroom were very unhygienic, charges too heavy and not a single service, even drinking water bottle not provided, no working telephone in the room, no room service, no tea or coffee, even no hand wash liquid or Soaps in the bathroom, its more kind of Lodging than a hotel...rooms , bathroom etc are very old fashioned..do not prefer of you are traveling with family, nearby your room you will find drunkard and smokers making noise all over the night. Even half of their staff was drunken. Its not safe feeling. They will charge you heavily for every small thing you asked for like water or tea. All other 3* hotels provides it as a complimentary. In the amount of money you are spending here , you will definitely get other hotels easily as there are many options available there. Don't know how other people have given them that kind of rating, our experience was very disappointing.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Karnavati. Their breakfast buffet was excellent. Rooms were decent. Their restaurant has good food. Overall a great experience!

Great place to stay.. Had good time here.. Staff is very supportive, polite and prompt in service. Food delicious.. Location near to nakki Lake and market..so had a nice evening walk around... My kids enjoyed sunrise and sunset from hotel itself....

Best hotel in Mount Abu, highly recommend. As we reached to the hotel staff welcome us, drop our luggages to the room, receptionist guys are very polite and helpful. Cleaning was superb. One thing I like the most is walk way and children play area. Well maintained and well organised. Food is awesome. There are lots of options in Morning Breakfast and it was so delicious. Thank you hotel karnavati staff.
