I recently attended a reception ceremony at Hotel KASS, and it was an outstanding experience! The parking and location facilities were convenient, making it hassle-free. The ambiance was delightful, creating a perfect setting for the event. The food exceeded expectations, with a fantastic variety and flavors. What truly stood out was the superb hospitality – the staff was attentive and accommodating, ensuring a memorable time. A big thank you to Hotel KASS for the excellent service. We bought chicken fried rice from the take away counter, which was not at all worth the price(actual price -399/- ; discounted price 356/. Bill no. 123). The food was neither good in terms of quality, quantity nor taste. Chicken bits and egg scramble was sparsely found. The quality and taste of rice was very poor. Street food and Chinese food corners serve better fried rice than this. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Very Disappointed, with the assistance. We had visited a similar inn in 2019, it was great in those days nonetheless, my folks had a terrible encounter during their visit in Dec, 2023. When they showed up the secretary astounded us expressing you ought to pay the room lease first and added that the look at time is sharp 11. We do appreciate that the check-out time and advance payment are in accordance with company policy and procedures. Nonetheless, keeping in view that the visitors are senior residents and have checked in at 8pm a slight thought would have been perfect. Another surprise upon entering the room was: 1. Room was chaotic with soil all around the floor 2. Wash bowl/basin was loaded up with food particles 3. Even though we informed them when we booked that we needed a double bed, they gave us a single bed instead. Finally, the food we ordered for dinner and the free breakfast were average.
