Costed us Rs 25k for 2 nights for one of the worst experience we ever had. You won’t feel the warmth or hospitality from any staff members especially from the front office who will treat you as if you have entered a correction centre. I have been with a larger group of family members to Yelagiri earlier and stayed at a much budget friendly place. Even they had better and hospitable staff members with quality food cooked for us on request. But here a coffee will take 1hr to be served to the room. Average food quality or taste. They won’t clear the dustbin or soiled plates even for a day and you need to keep reminding them. Rooms are spacious but doesn’t give you a feel for the amount you pay. Location and ambience is nice and serene. And be watchful they do burn the garbage along with loads of used water bottles near the car parking area and the toxic smoke with enter your rooms. Nice place but unfortunately with very poor service quality.

Spacious room with vast lawn. No room service. They won't attend the call for ordering food or tea or coffee. No hot water for bath .They provided buffet in the night which is too cost for its price. The food items are limited and average in taste and not meeting its price.The staffs are non responsive. The wardrobes are having annoying smell. We paid 11000 per night in our recent trip(1 day ago). Overall disappointing experience.

Good location, spacious rooms. Room service is very poor. Toilets are maintained so bad, disgusting. Food quality is worst like roadside restaurant. No value for money. Disappointing. No hot water in the morning. With no choice, I used the bathroom room ( with fungus) using pee safe spray. No response from staffs. Overall bad experience. There are good places in half of the price they charge ( we paid 11000/- per night) Don’t go with this please

If you want a memorable vacation experience pls stay away from here. Too expensive for such a poorly maintained hotel. Poor checkin process. We reported to hotel at 1:30pm and after so many follow up got the room after 3pm. The room was given without proper cleaning. Asked to clean again. There is no covers for pillows. When asked for covers, they responded saying its new pillow so no cover. There was no hot water for bath. After multiple calls, they gave another room but it is the non ac room and moreover the water is still not hot. Since the replacement room was smaller than our actual category room, we insisted to fix the hot water issue in existing room. Finally got it fixed. Each time to get hot water, We have to wait for 2 buckets of water to drain to get warm water. So bad for such an expensive room of 11k per night. The food was pathetic and worse. Seems cooked from reused oil. They insisted room service but had to remind multiple times to get even a menu print out. Dinner is only after 7:30 and they took more than one hour that too after repeated calls. Morning breakfast was also bad. It was so bad that we skipped the next day breakfast here and had breakfast in nearby restaurant. Check out was quick.
