The hotel is good but the receptionist and the staff behavior is not good while whatever amenities they can show online they can't provide. Like wifi, complementary breakfast and so on.. Even the price was too high according to room quality and hygiene. Service is poor and your room is not safe.. They asked for a room key for cleaning after that the room was opened.. They can't lock the room.. So Safety issue..

Hotel is placed quite near to beach. Rooms are good. But few concerns are there. i. Breakfast during 24.12 2023 to 28.12.2023 was not expected from group of hotel like this. ii. Very narrow entry of Renuka lane, very hard to take entry with car. iii. Exposed drain on left side is just horrible (stay away from this).

initially I was skeptical looking at certain bad reviews about this hotel, but frankly speaking it's a very nice hotel to stay , the room are nice and spacious, there service is very good , everyday room was cleaned without even asking, they even changed bed sheets on request, the room service for food items were prompt and food was ok. though because of morning checkout mandate I have to book for an extra day just for spending extra 6 hour, though this is a problem in all puri hotels.

Unprofessional staffs and manager. There are no hand towel in our Suit room but they are claiming that they have given. While Checkout they are ready to reopen our luggage. Stupid staffs have no idea that who are staying in suit room , they will not take their 2 rupees towel. Manage also a unprofessional and ready to charge the amount with our bill. After help of other guests and a long fight, they accepted their mistakes. Don't visit there depending on false good reviews. You will get better hotel infront of sea beach below their room tariffs

Pathetic service, pathetic staff and shameless behaviour with guests. They literally harass the guests. The lady manager at the reception and the male receptionist are disgraceful. They treat their guests like roadside tapori. Such unwelcoming and inhospitable environment. They demand extra money at the time of checkout and they abuse their guests if they do not pay them extra. They have a 7am checkout after which they forcefully evict their rooms and premises. They do not even allow the luggage or guests to sit and wait for their train. They make you feel that once you checkout, it's over and the guests must immediately March out of the hotel. Rooms are cleaned by outside personnel and not the regular hotel staff. They also demand for money and tips to clean the rooms. I have received a reply from the owner who thinks that being inside the hotel after checkout time is a facility that they don't provide. Now I can clearly see why the reception staff behaves so badly. There is a difference between facility and hospitality and when the owner himself is so unhospitable then the staff obviously would follow his line. He also goes on to say that if someone has to wait for an hour or two then they must book rooms. Bravo!! Nothing more to say. Jai Jagannath 🙏🙏
