Good experience. Though I've seen mixed reviews here, I think overall this is one of the good budget hotels in Thane. Rooms were maintained well and the housekeeping was spot on every day. Room service was great and didn't take much time after you put in a request. Food quality was good in the restaurant, however the cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. Breakfast buffet was good and they offered 3-4 varieties (some were repeats) that you could chose from. They have enough parking for about 5-6 vehicles - something to check if you are driving.

WORST HOTEL TO STAY IN THANE There were cockroaches on bed and table and all over our room. The shower was broken despite complaining they did not pay a heed to it. They charge you so heavily for rooms and this is what they deliver. At night, there were cockroaches roaming on our face, it was an horrible incident that I have faced till now in any hotel. Just like any other person I went through all the reviews before booking this hotel. I did see a few of them which mentioned that this place lacked hygiene. Despite that I went for it. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone because they do not even change the sheets before handing the keys to a new customer. We had to get that changed because there were hair on the sheets with stains IT WAS A LOSS OF MY MONEY , PUTTING THIS REVIEW SO THAT ANYONE WHO PLANS ON STAYING HERE DOES NOT LOOSE OUT ON MONEY. Because even if you complain at the reception they will not pay attention or help you. Worst staff ever, they were not even sorry for this things.

This is ok business hotel around the vicinity. Rooms were good, bathroom were ok and stay was also fine. They reception people could still improve thier customer interactions with greetings/smile or gestures.
