I give this hotel zero stars,The two managers did not talk well, and bad behaviour and service,This is not family hotel, don't go here. If u need privacy dont go there .

I would like to give zeroooo star.. but if someone give minus star i will be with him. The hotel is full of arrogance. In mall road, in the name of hotel they have only small rooms. They don't have even basic facilities like power backup, room heater, hot water facilities. But room charges are 4star. I didn't try food because how can I try food in the dark.

Extremely bad and rude behavior from the manager. Bedsheets and pillow covers didn't seem like washed. Staffs seemed untrained. Only good thing was the view from the room. Food quality average, you can get better and cheaper food from outside. They must work on their hospitality which is ZERO and highly informal.
