We were in for surprise with the hotel that's situated at a prime location on the way to Delhi from Nainital. Very clean, spacious rooms, clean washroom and courteous staff all around. Food is very delicious, and the kitchen staff eager to delight customers. Special mention to maintenance and cleanliness staff for their good work too. Very pleased!

My dining experience at Hotel Lemon Park was excellent. The food was delicious and the prices were reasonable. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal in a convenient location.

House keeping staff was very nice with almost everything. I found hotel manager to be on the rude side as he was asking for full payment in advance money. His tone and further reaction was not welcoming at all. Due to his behaviour i am rating 3, otherwise everything was great

My recent stay at Hotel Lemon Park was quite disappointing. The room service provided was far from satisfactory, and there were several issues that left me unsatisfied with my experience. First and foremost, the room service was subpar. Requests for basic amenities took an unreasonable amount of time to be fulfilled, and the staff seemed disinterested in addressing guests' needs promptly. One of the most frustrating aspects of my stay was the need to pay for drinking water. It's quite surprising and inconvenient that a hotel would charge its guests for something as essential as water. This practice not only reflects poorly on the hotel's hospitality but also feels like an unnecessary money-making scheme. Overall, my experience at Hotel Lemon Park was marred by poor room service and the added inconvenience of having to pay for basic necessities like drinking water. I would caution potential guests to carefully consider their options before choosing to stay here.
