We stayed there from 23rd to 25th. Per day room cost was 2600+12% GST. Room was clean and spacious but the bathroom needs immediate renovate. Needs to be clean. Lunch and dinner was very good both in quantity and quality. But avoid the evening snacks, not worth for money. They also charge for water which they provide during check in to each room. Overall average experience in terms of room rent.

One of the best hotels in Mandarmani. Less than 1 minute walking distance from your rooms to the beach. Separate Cottage rooms available. Ideal for family, friends, couples to visit. The staffs are very helpful and well behaved. This place also have round round tables and benches to sit beside the beach. Great place for party with friends or family. Very budget friendly. Highly recommended. The food served at the restaurant is too good.

When every other hotels nearby are offering rooms at 1100 on weekdays, this hotel charges 2240 for old rooms. Their usp was the wide view of sea from hotel, which now has been ruined by the shacks that has come up on the beach.
