Hello Reader, Worst experience. If you are booking this hotel it should not cost more than INR 800. I have been to this Hotel on Dec 2023 during Christmas and I booked during October 2023. I am not satisfied with cost i paid INR 3000/- per day and below following reason 1. Rooms painting has moisture due to that smell was coming. Paint is not done due to that bad patches and Bed are not clean as expected. 2. Room was not comfortable i requested for change room but they did not agree to change room. 3. They add Round off in restaurant bills which is not justifiable. 4. Building is too old Rooms and building is not painted since few years. Cleaning and Renovation is needed for that whole building. 5. No Parking near hotel. Receptionist lied to customer that they have parking. In Reality they don't have any parking 6. No one is co-operative in Hotel you book hotel with your own risk. Suggestion 1. Renovate the building 2. Arrange some parking at least per room 1 car 3. Do the painting. 4. Staff and service improvement 5. Do not Round off any bill. Customer knows everything 6. Customer comes there to enjoy and not to annoy or irritate

ATTENTION PEOPLE Guys they are completely fraudsters as a travel agent I booked this hotel from my portal for my customers and they allowed people to check in after sometime they called customer and said you booking is cancelled and you can't stay in our room and when I spoke to them Mr swapnil started abusing me. I request you never ever book this hotel and even the people who have given him postive ratings they all are are PAID and FAKE.

The worst hotel receptionist I ever experienced in my whole life. Start with a very rude thin man receptionist with an oversized coat and a not polite and seems like provocative attitude of a Moroccan boy receptionist who’ll going to initiate a fight or argument. They are not approachable nor helpful and I even feels like we were harassed Infront of the two. When we were trying to talk to explain, the boy were shutting us off, instead of listening to our side first as guests. The room is not clean. Floor seems not brush, there was even hair in the toilet’s floor. The corners of the room were dusty. Reception staff were seems unprofessional so even the room rate was cheap still its not worth the rate due the very poor quality of service. It can be expensive but worth it and they do different deals on different nights so it’s worth checking them out before you book. Highly not recommended. 5 person in a room and hotel provided only 2 blankets #goa #goatrip

I had a highly disappointing stay at this hotel in Calangute, Goa. The rooms were infested with cockroaches, the toilets were frequently choked, and the reception staff displayed a lack of concern for the issues raised. The fan was non-functional, and the air conditioner, set to an uncomfortable 16 degrees, lacked a remote. Adding to the discomfort, only two blankets were provided for a group of five people. This experience was far below acceptable standards, and I strongly believe this hotel should be reconsidered for operation in Calangute, Goa. Please ignore this hotel dispite having cheap price, it will ruin whole goa experience!!!!!
