Rooms and washrooms were very dirty. Rude staff. Unhygienic washrooms. We just checked in and took the decision to change the hotel seeing the condition of washrooms and rooms, but they charged us the full amount. Highly unprofessional.

A pretty, spick and span budget hotel at a stone's throw from the beautiful Dal Lake. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. They provide you with electric warmer blankets (under the bedcovers) that should suffice even for most cold days. The bathrooms are clean. The entire hotel team are very kind, helpful and courteous. Totally recommend!

Hotel property is fine. Garden is beautiful and location is close to dal lake. Reception guy probably named Shaukat is a helpful & polite person here. Food is pathetic, dirty water from cold knob in bathroom, service is poor and reluctant. Summary - Average exp.
