Poor behavior towards costumers and the service was worst, they are not even affordable, just waste of money, better sleep at streets rather then staying here

Wrost experience ,staff is not good they will start at u like u have done some crime, the rooms are also not good , blanket was so dirty and smelly , washrooms are very dirty . AC does not work properly

These hotel owners are very cheap minded people. They have put their hotel room price at a cheaper rate just to cheat the travellers. Please please please don't get trapped in their cheaper rooms rate. They will either not accept your booking made online. Or will make some different tantrums to pay them more money to allow you to check in. I came here to stay for a night to take rest while going to manali via road self drive. Reached at midnight. First of all, There is no proper ramp from the road to the hotel to enter one's car. I had to move around 2-3 rounds before I found some workaround to reach the hotel. I booked a so called deluxe room from quest2travel website (corporate booking site of make my trip). There was nowhere mentioned wheather the room is AC or Non-AC. That was also not mentioned on any of their other super deluxe rooms. While checkin they refused to start AC installed in the so called deluxe room. Saying that you have not booked an AC room. I was shocked with their statement. I asked where it is mentioned on the website that deluxe rooms are non-AC rooms. That boy simply said it's not my headache. I am just what my owner has told me. Please pay 500 if you want to me to start AC in your room. After arguing so much, i had to pay 500, because I was with my wife and 1 yr baby waiting to sleep at 12:30 in the night. I had no options but to bow down to his conditions. They have invented new techniques to make travellers fool to pay them extra money. But just because of some extra money they ruin someone's special moments of travel. In all don't book their hotel at all from any online website.

Hotel refused checkin on arrival, quoting they will not accept the price offered at Agoda. Raised with Agoda which will take its own time to respond and now I need to make another booking elsewhere.. Seems like some sort of fraud money making activity is happening, first accept booking through travel website and then refuse checkin, ask guest to Co ordinate with travel website who will not accept that check in never happened..
