One of the best stays. Pros: 1)The access to the hotel is at ease. 2) Location of the hotel is suitable for covering south Mumbai at a stretch. 3) Rooms are clean and staffs (both reception and floor) are kind and helpful. 4) The complimentary breakfast provided was awesome. Cons: 1) Parking space (we travelled in bike so we were able to park, for cars kindly ask the hotel before heading)

Being so strategically located and having such a high class footfall and category of guests the hotel doesn't offer that vibe. Service is totally third class as every person working there is hungry for tips. They will knock on your door just to ask when are you checking out and in our case we extended our stay for a day more and everyone even those whom I have not seen in my full period of stay also was asking the same question that when are we leaving. This feels so awkward. Tip is a voluntary thing and the staff forces telepathically or emotionally (but not with words) to give tips. Parking is an issue as the hotel entrance is on the road itself and there is no porch or drop off place. If you have to work you have to inform the hotel in advance that you need parking. Rest the location is so good as every place is nearby to the hotel and can be reached through walking also.

Worst experience. Room was so small then expected. And when we complaint about the small room one of the staff member replied like ' To do booking somewhere else '. Is this the way to talk with the guests. No proper training given to the staff . Lack of cleanliness. And whenever we used to call at reception the lady over there do not even bother to hear what the guests need and behaved rudely. Overall experience was just pathetic. 'HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED '.
