I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mandi Heights and I can't express enough how fantastic my experience was. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to my needs with a genuine smile. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk staff provided valuable information about the local area and amenities available within the hotel. The room exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the attention to detail in the room's decor did not go unnoticed. The view from my room was stunning. The hotel's facilities are top-notch. I also appreciated the variety of dining options on-site. The Restaurant served delicious meals with a diverse menu that catered to different tastes. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was housekeeping promptly attending to my room or the concierge assisting with local recommendations, the level of customer service was outstanding. Had gone there for lunch and the food was bland from the snacks to the main course... not heated ... all the dishes tasted the same... 2/5 for food... mocktails were nice tasted fresh 5/5 ...staff helpful, well mannered... ambience 5/5. Please work on the taste!

Worst experience in terms of food. Due to less traffic in restaurant, they don't use fresh raw material for food preparation. We ordered afgani chicken, but it was the worst chicken i had in my life. It was stinking. I don't prefer this hotel for having any meal. They don't serve fresh and quality food. Restaurant staff seams that they don't have knowledge about the restaurant menu and they don't know how to deal with coustomer's.
