Hotel Mango Leaves

The worst customer service award goes to this hotel. We booked a room from Bangalore for 1 day 3 days before arrival. I also had a conference call with the receptionist to book a room. We booked a non ac room first and then immediately changed it to AC room. The receptionist agreed and told us to come directly. After reaching Hyderabad, they denied room booking and said that till payment is done room booking is not confirmed and had allocated room to some one else with similar name. The hotel guy called her to check but she denied the confirmation of the room which is an utter lie. I was never told to pay advance amount during the call or after the call. They made my family to stay on the road for couple of hours before we checked for other hotels. I would never suggest this hotel. Most worst experience and worst staff. Post this review, we had a call with their team and they are making false allegations on us saying that we are having our livelihood by writing these negative reviews on hotels and charging them compensations. For the first time, we demanded compensation for the damage we got by visiting from Bangalore and staying there without room upon booking. As we booked the room earlier but still the family was on road till we got other room and wasting our time and efforts, the receptionist said they will compensate. But they took their manager on line and made false allegations on us as mentioned above again. The manager also behaved rudely by making false allegations by listening to their staff blindly on other reviews. They also said that they know how to take these reviews out which is a direct threatening/warning to customers. As a customer I would like to inform the management that, the team has to take the details of the booking person and cross check with the person visited. If your manager/team behaves like this with other customers by making false allegations about our previous reviews on different hotels or places we visited, I am sure that your business will see a downfall as soon as possible. They have no right to comment on our experiences with other hotels and places we visited. We have clearly shown the issues we faced their with the pictures which is our right. We never demanded or charged any compensations on it and it was a genuine review we wrote. We would have removed the reviews if requested properly. But this behavior has deeply created the pain for us. I would like to finally tell the management that as informed to your team, we removed 2 genuine reviews and keeping this review to inform our pain.

Hotel is on the highway and easy to access. I went to see the room first because I had a worst experience in other town. The room was cleaned but, full of cockroaches and other rooms were occupied by people for parties. Cigarette and drink smell was coming out from rooms. Hotel admin can't avoid it unfortunately. Not suggesting if you go with family.
