This doesn't deserv one Star. Want to know the reason I'll upload on my channel. "Lust Of Wonders" I need to edit this review bcz i can't reply, First thing don't try to threaten me with this relpy and 2nd thing is that I am not talking about that you have not allowed extra guest, 1. I'm talking about the Cleaness. You have promised to clean and disinfect the room daily but it wasn't unitl I have asked after 3 days. 2.The service which you have promised, it was written that breakfast is included but you said we don't provide it , go and talk to Agoda why they have mentioned on the page. 3. Mosquito, Mouse, Cockroaches, Lizard and Centipedes were in the rooms, I have video of that. 4. Blanket were smelly, no soap & hanswash was available, Bathrooms were not even cleaned for a single day. 5. Condoms packet, Bottles, Chips Wrapper, Cigarette were inside the Bed. 6. TV was not working, they said if you have any subscription then you can login and watch, AC was not working properly. When the power goes off AC stops working. 7. There was no source of Drinking Water, when I asked them water they have given bottles I thought it's Free of cost as there is no water inside but when I checked out before one day, they charged me Extra for water. 8. The receptionist behavior was so rude and ruthless, instead of accepting the mistake he was justifying himself. And he said it's OYO and you also know the conditions of OYO, if you will compare our OYO it's Best all around. Lastly I'll say don't threat people that you have CCTV footage and voice and you'll upload, accept you Mistake and Improve it.
