Super location very nearer to Palace. Rooms are good, Clean and spacious. Service not good. There was no enough toiletries for double bed room.. only one set available and they are not providing even after request. How 2 persons will manage with one tooth brush and soap. Even we are ready to pay but they are very strict and dump with customer. Management should change the receptionist. Need smiley face and good behaviour.

One of the worst hotel stay I ever had in life. Please stay away from this hotel. Seems a bunch of stupid liar and unprofessional people are running this hotel. They don't have any ethics and professionalism. Once you book the hotel they don't care about your stay, issues and concern. Don't go with the hotel website photos. Think twice before booking this hotel. No room service, poor maintenance and highly un-hygienic. I had a-terrible time during my stay at this hotel. There is no dedicated car parking place at the hotel. You have to park your car on the roadside in front of the hotel which is highly unsafe. As its under maintenance property a big piece glass object has fallen on my car from top floor of the hotel and front part of my car got damaged completely. They didn’t inform me about the incident and knowingly hide about it, later when I have asked for clarification they avoid my calls and block my number. Still chasing them. Hotel restaurant is very pathetic !! The food served is not hygienic. Please avoid eating here. Be ready to meet rats and cockroaches in every corner of the hotel and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast is worst. It’s far better to have street food. They don't deserve for 1 star also. Please stay away from this property.

My stay in the hotel was very good. The receptionist Vishma was extremely courteous & polite while answering the queries. The rooms were very neat and clean. The food from the hotel was also very tasty. I can give them 5 out of 5 as far as rating goes. Request the hotel to keep up the same service in future also.

Rooms/Building and furniture is old. But they tried to keep it clean as much as they could. The location is near by the palace(But the palace entry is from the other end). The room service provided is good. I booked a room with a buffet breakfast. Food is good with limited items but too many staff to serve the few items which makes you feel a bit uncomfortable to roam around and fill your plate with the food items you need.

A very good kid-friendly hotel with ample open parking space right in front of it. Mysore palace is walkable distance from here. We went during a long weekend without any advance booking still they charged a very reasonable amount. We had initially booked just for one day but with our experience, we decided to extend it to one more day. Only con is that since the build of the hotel is a bit old (but interiors are very very good and give a very royal feeling), the bathroom doens't have any ventilation at all. I am sure if we are visiting Mysore again, we are staying here only.
