Room sarvice too bad.😡😡 when i tell a boy give me a kambal, ho said he arrive my room, but he don't give a kambal.😡 Sistan Flash (Birthtoom)are not work. ☹️ Birth room space are too close. When i check out in my time, nobody are attend desk, he don't give us bill, service boy are too lazy for his work. But bed was too soft... Room was too cleane.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had! DO NOT STAY HERE! We had booked 2 days ahead, but when we came late in the night they told us they had no room. The guy behind the desk did NOT speak English at all, he just laughed and said they had no room. He gave us the phone to talk to the manager, and he told us we had to pay 1000 rupees which was 200 more than the booking we had made. He was very rude, and the guy behind the front desk was still laughing. When we finally got the room to the right price, it had obviously not been cleaned and the toilet had iron all over it and on the floor. When we complained about this a guy came in and flushed the toilet and splashed it with water. When we told him that it was not okay, he just laughed in our faces and left! Terrible staff behaviour - so rude and not helpful or understanding at all. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. AWFUL

The absolute worst place I’ve been during 5 months travel. We booked through booking.com and got a confirmation 2 days before arriving, but when we came, we were told there was no room (the guy didn’t speak english, but a nice guest translated). We insisted to have our booked room, and finally got the manager on the phone. It then turned out there was a room, despite the receptionist having denied this many times - without sounding apologetic whatsoever - but when we came into the room, it obviously had not been cleaned. The toilet was disgusting, and when we asked a guy to clean it, he simply sprayed the filthy seat with water, flushed and left laughing after about 10 seconds of “cleaning”. The sheets were also dirty and generally there was just no service or helpfulness. Only staff laughing at us and not taking us seriously even though we were obviously unhappy. Just horrible.
