Worst experience. No hot water facility if some one need it at night. Hot water comes only after 7 am to to 10 pm. Blanket quality is not good. Too much airy rooms for winter season. Nothing will be provided until you ask for it. No hand wash in washroom.

I love Ranikhet, and this hotel adds to my love for it. The rooms are spotless, the food is amazing, the staff is helpful and kind. What else can I need on a vacation? Best part is the owner has a lot of dogs who are very friendly and fun to play with! If you are a dog lover this is the perfect place for you to stay at. And if you are not, don't worry the dogs are not allowed in the hotel itself. They usually stay downstairs and they do not bother you untill you call out to them. 😁 Overall it's a good spot to stay for a vacation. Everything to visit in Ranikhet is close by. Not a five star hotel but I would rate it a 5 for sure ♥️🫶🫰🏻 Thank you for the comfortable stay 💯🤗

We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious and freshly prepared. The staff is well trained, courteous and efficient.

This place is lovely. The staff were on call and always there to help or get something I needed. They were extra helpful in providing extra materials I needed as well, and offered advice when I needed to go places outside the hotel. They were also jovial and enjoyed playing carram with the guests, and friendly to everyone. The location was great and beautiful, and the hotel had delicious food. I very much enjoyed my stay and would return anytime. Such great service, thank you so much for a fantastic visit!!!
