I recently had an unfortunate experience at this hotel. The staff exhibited consistently rude behavior, and the service was nothing short of pathetic. The rooms and toilets were in utterly dirty and in bad condition, reflecting a lack of maintenance and cleanliness. It was evident that money mattered more than guest satisfaction to the management. Additionally, I was disturbed by a threatening conversation, which added to the overall unpleasant atmosphere. I attempted to address these concerns with the staff, but the resolution was unsatisfactory. I advise potential guests to consider alternative options for a more pleasant stay.

I stayed here on two occasions, the start and end of a tour, so separate rooms both times. Rooms were appalling significant amounts of mould in both bathrooms, stained or possibly unwashed sheets. It was horrible. Amenities would be fine if mould was dealt with and bedding clean. No issues or concerns with service staff and good location. There is a nicer hotel with the same name, so be weary of which you are booking.

We stayed here at the start of our trip. Our pillow was covered in black mould, room had strong smell of cigarette smoke. Mould in the bathroom. Staff seem very disinterested and rude. Not a great area, and constantly being harassed by tuktuk drivers from the second you step out the hotel. Be careful, locals will approach you and say they work at the hotel and mention the g-adventures tour..they don’t work there, it’s a scam.

The hotel management made my guests wait for a long time for check in and demand extra money in the late night.. When they got check in, they had utterly dirty, foul smelling room and toilet with broken roof sealing and stained washbasin and bathroom... Rooms were not dusted and spiderweb were here and there in the rooms... We had booked six rooms and all the rooms and toilet had the same pathetic condition.... We were misleaded by their Google reviews and photos of hotel ... All the positive reviews are fake and intentionally fabricated and photos of rooms and other facilities are utterly fake to cheat and attract customers. Once you reach here, you will have life-long unforgettable horrible memories... Completely disappointed and not recommended at all...
