All the staf are gentlemen , safe and secured hotel with proper hygiene

DO NOT choose this hotel. I booked room through MMT. Just to convey that I need room on ground floor or near lift, I called the hotel. So they said to cancel the booking, we DON'T HAVE ROOM so i said why it's displaying as available on MMT. On this they bluntly asked me to cancel the room and disconnected the phone. Fortunately I could make other arrangement as I have called prior going to the hotel. If i have trusted on MMT invoice/ confirmation mail then i might have faced problems on reaching to the hotel. Be aware!!!!

Compared to other hotels of Ahmedabad, I found this one great in terms of services and comfort. Location is really good with a grand entrance. Rooms are clean, comfortable with amicable staffs. P.S. Do try the hotel tea if you get a chance to visit this hotel.

Don’t book this hotel from any online portals like MMT or Goibibo The hotel gives confirmation & when you are about to reach hotel they will cancel the booking Without informing you. Even after requesting they flatly said that take ur refund from MMT we have no bookings. Spoilt my reputation in-front of my guests. If hotel management wants I can provide them booking details and they can find out who is doing wrong on their behalf. But don’t relay on their bookings.
