This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Front desk staff misbehave with guests. I booked a room for 2 days but i was forced to checkout in 1 day. Lift, bed and curtains have very bad smell. Bathrooms are dirty. Worst food quality, having worms in breakfast served. Attendants don't have manner to behave their guest. Whosoever wants to stay in this hotel be prepared to face these unpleasant things.

I have never seen such unprofessional reception staff. They are goons and misbehave even with ladies for money. I got charged double just for 20 minutes delay in checkout. They started calling in our room from 11AM asking when are you checking out. They even sent their staff to confirm when are we checking out. Dont go with positive reviews, they are fake. Checkout negative reviews and their similar experiences. Not at all a family hotel if you are looking for peace of mind. There are other better options available in same location.

Service is very good. Staff is humble, courteous and accommodating. Food, beverages are slightly costly but other than that everything is great. Rooms were clean and service was prompt.
