Clean and spacious rooms, excellent service, and an ideal city location made my stay fantastic. The hotel's cleanliness, stunning views, and staff dedication were beyond expectations. Highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay!

The awesome thing is the complimentary breakfast here, never miss this delicious food here. Very comfortable rooms. The staff also were very helpful. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Treebo.

Worst experience ever. Staffs are rude. Complementary breakfast from near by unhygenic street food. Basic amenities like towels, doormat, handwash not there. Given towels after request which was from 19BC. Do not choose this hotel if u want to enjoy your vizag trip. Select good hotels in this beautiful city.

Booked room here because of complementary early checkin assurance given in Treebo. After reaching Hotel the receptionist behaved weirdly as if he is not aware of the early checkin. After calling the Treebo customer care he agreed but told us we should vacate the room a couple of hours early, as we are entering early. After getting into argument and When we thought of escalating this to Treebo again, he said we can stay till check out time only. The receptionist is somewhat arrogant. We had no intention to stay till the last minute but when he said "mandatory to vacate" ..is offending us as we paid the full amount with half the amount as a token advance. He behaved weirdly and took photographs and after collecting our Aadhar card soft copies. We vacated the room that evening itself but the checkin experience we can say is "the worst". We are not happy during the stay. Rooms and cleanliness wise Ok/Average but not justifying the price. Avoid this hotel unless you have specific work in this locality. May be Ok for business trips but average for vacation purpose.
