Stayed for a night. Booked a triple bed room. Very nice room clean and bathroom was clean as well. Good service the manager or owner was so helpful. Staff were understanding and helpful. They have one of their own restaurants as well if you have food there you will get 10% off and food was good as well. I definitely recommend this hotel. Only downfall is the hotel is bit congested area. And no Elevators.

A recently modernized hotel close to the airport and spacious rooms. Clean and quiet since it is away from the main road. Staff at the reception are also very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room rate is bit on the high side considering the area where the hotel is located. The hotel can be located with Google map but some what difficult to find. The hotel does not have a restaurant at the same location. One has to walk 5 minutes to the main road to have a breakfast with a given coupon at their restaurant. There are complimentary water and soft drinks in the fridge but NO alcohol allowed on the premesis. The road leading to the hotel is undergoing heavy construction, relatively dirty, smelly, congested and couldn't identify any upmarket restaurants or shops in that area. The hotel itself is fine provided you are okay with the above negatives.

Best hotel I ever stayed 🙏 helpful & nice people. Specially trustworthy people, these days you don't see these kind of people. Will feel safe if you are with family. If I ever came back to Mumbai this is going to be my spot🙏Thank you all staff 🙏

What I liked about this hotel - Quick service, market location, customer friendly staff, pickup and drop facilities available. What was strange here- breakfast was not available at the same premises. We were supposed to go to their restaurant which is at a walking distance. However, they brought breakfast to our rooms when requested. We were not charged extra for this service.

Hotel provided a comfortable stay for two nights. Facilities were above expectation. I stayed here with my parents. The hotel provided us with their driver who took us for sight seeing covering entire Mumbai. My package here comes with complementary breakfast for two days. You'll enjoy a 10% discount every time you dine at any of the Naaz Executive restaurants. The hospitality shown by every staff was amazing. Highly recommended for a happy time at Mumbai!
