One of the worst experience that I ever had. morning i checked in the hotel for official purpose,and when I reached hotel by evening, inside the room nothing is there, no tv, no wifi, bathroom is not clean,bedsheet is dirty.The intresting thing is that I have complained against these issues in the reception,they people don't care about anything,they said that no one is here to take the responsibility of the things ,we are helpless.with in 5 minutes i checked out the hotel, I lost my 2500 rs simply.don' t stay in this hotel,near by good hotels are there

We have been to this place to have lunch and there were three people rushing to serve us, one of them dropped hot Garvey curry on my brother’s back. They were not equipped properly to help, at least basic curtsy to help. When I called the so called head of the hotel to complain, he is least concerned about the issue. “Shame on such creatures”. “TRY YOUR LUCK FOR CURRY SPA AT HOTEL NAGAVALI”. Mind you you have to pay for it.

Hotel is bit overpriced almost double according to the conditions of room. Rooms are old. Staff service is good except the lady at the reception. I found her quite rude- while checking out early, asked for a water bottle, refused to provide water as she is concerned only till you are checked in. Hotel has good parking space and secured. Breakfast is usually complimentary and a compulsion as you can not opt for not taking the complimentary breakfast (they add the price of breakfast already in the room price)- idli, dosa, Vada, poori bhaji(not good), Pongal . One can choose two from the list along with tea and coffee.
