I feel compelled to share my recent experience at this hotel in Amritsar, and I must say, it was highly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, things took a turn for the worse. We had made a reservation and checked in, but within just one hour, we realized that this was not the place for us. The room didn't meet our expectations, and we decided to leave. However, when we tried to walk out, we were informed that it was not a reservation but a stay, and we were expected to pay the full amount. This came as a shock, as we had already paid in advance, and we were not planning to stay at the property any longer. To make matters worse, the staff's behaviour was completely unacceptable the staff forced us to pay the full amount were extremely rude and unaccommodating, even holding our luggage and preventing us from leaving. The service provided was far below what one would expect from a three or four-star establishment. The owner or hotel manager, in particular, acted like a local goonda, behaving as if he were a don or something. It was an intimidating and uncomfortable experience, to say the least. The overall service provided during our brief time at the hotel was far from satisfactory. The professionalism and quality one would expect from a three or four-star establishment were completely lacking. It felt more like a guest house than a reputable hotel, despite its supposedly good location. I write this review not to vent my frustration, but to warn others who may be considering staying at your hotel. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this place to anyone seeking quality service and a pleasant stay. It is my hope that you take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for future guests. I hope that my review helps in bringing about positive changes.

Decent Hotel. It is located in the mall. Rooms are good, luxury feeling. Service was fine only. When I was there, they were understaffed so the service took time. Hot water was available in the morning only though they claimed it would be available throughout. Food was good, had a great taste.

In this hotel,if you make payment thru any card,they charge 2%extra.Really very bad experience over all in my other stay.Also night manager has no idea about GST.He told me for 12% charge if I make payment thru any cards.
