I travelled with family of 11. Booked 4 rooms. Rooms and linens were clean. Deluxe Valley View rooms have great view. Rooms are big and can easily accommodate extra mattress, if needed. Staff were very polite and helpful. Dining arrangements were very good. We all loved the stay here. Great work team Natraj International. Note: Book directly with hotel for best rates

Worst breakfast and service. We traveled with a group of 12 and stayed for 3 days. Reception staff was rude and non co-operative. When we reported them about the quality of food, there response was’ why you ate it?’ Most of us vomit after breakfast. Will never visit again and do not recommend at all

The rooms are quite large. The hotel staff was quite prompt on cleanliness and the hotel smelled and looked squeaky clean every time we came back after our short trips nearby. We requested for them to clean our rooms and both times the room were found smelling fresh and everything was well organized and none of our stuff had been touched. Further, the staff also cooperated quite happily to fulfill our requests.

Only the location of the hotel is good Rest everything is 1star Those who are seeing this review kindly refrain from booking this hotel as the hotel rooms are extremely disappointing. They don’t provide amenity in the bathroom The towels are quite dirty Specially the hotel room doesn’t smell fresh and cleanliness is zero. Only the hotel lobby looks nice to attract the guest but in reality the hotel room is waste of money If you really wish to book the hotel room please book it 3-4km ahead of Patnitop they are quite and unexplored Thankyou
