Overall I have a good experience. Rooms and the ambiance of the hotel is quite good but their services are very poor. If I talk about staff’s behaviour then I’ll give them 5 out of 5. But anything you want to order it can be starters or something else you have to wait for a long time and there was no wifi connection.

Overall good experience but one of the staff seemed new and she entered our room with the master key and without knocking. She had no purpose to enter the room so that was disappointing. Rest the rooms were spacious.

Can we please rate in minus!! Service, they don't know even what is service, just because of one Marriage function was there at their hotel, they were not able to manage anything, I can write an essay on this hotel with negative comments, though very beautiful property, service is that bad that you will feel like what the hell m doing here. Think twice before book this hotel, my father waited 45 min in bathroom for hot water as their geyser was in a good condition .
