Horrible experience. Please do not go this hotel/residential accomodation. It's a scam and the staff and management are extremely rude and no facility or services are available. If you want to embarrass yourself then only for this hotel. No service at all, Poor and very very rude owner and the caretaker. They will charge the money and will blackmail you. No security of your goods. Horrible experience. Please please do not go to this place. I was half an hour late for checkout and they warned me that they will throw my bags out of the room.

Title: "Extremely Disappointing Stay" I recently stayed at Nestin and it was an absolutely terrible experience. From the moment I walked into the room, I was met with disappointment. The room was dirty, with stains on the carpet and furniture that looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. The bathroom was in even worse condition, with mold in the corners and a broken showerhead. The noise level in the hotel was unbearable, and I could hardly get a good night's sleep. It seemed like there was no effort made to soundproof the rooms. The staff were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns. To top it off, the breakfast provided was subpar at best, with limited options and food that didn't taste fresh. I would strongly advise against staying at Nestin. It was a complete waste of money, and I left feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated cwith my stay. I hope my experience can help others make a more informed choice when it comes to accommodations.

The rooms are impeccably neat and clean, ensuring a comfortable stay, although the washrooms are not attached, at least in the dormitory. While guests are not permitted in the dormitory, the common area is subject to numerous restrictions. Surprisingly, despite ample empty space in the common/reception area, even the slightest movement of a chair is not allowed, which caused embarrassment in front of my boss.
