Our two-night stay at this property in January was nothing short of a nightmare. The seemingly well-built rooms were marred by an array of issues that transformed our experience into a horror show. The stench from the blankets, coupled with grimy bed sheets and pillow covers, made us question the hygiene standards. The bathroom resembled a sandy pit with abysmal drainage, and to add insult to injury, the dysfunctional shower faucet left us high and dry. Room service operated on a level of incompetence that is hard to fathom, and the reception counter's perpetual emptiness spoke volumes about the hotel's neglect. Complimentary items were doled out only after relentless pestering, and the absence of dental kits made oral hygiene a distant dream. Our room felt like an untouched wasteland, with cleaning services seemingly an alien concept. The in-room phone, a mere decoration, refused to serve its purpose. Booking hassles piled on the misery; despite choosing Pay at Hotel terms through Agoda, we were strong-armed into making an upfront payment directly to the hotel. To say this experience was a disappointment would be an understatement. Avoid this establishment at all costs unless a nightmarish stay is on your agenda.

Rooms are good but cleanness is an issue, Services is not good and lot of noise of autos and tourist buses. On road location Food quality is good and value for money They don't provide handwash and you may have to use soap

Excellent location and exceedingly great customer service. Really worth staying when visiting Puri. Mr. Tushar and Mr. Suraj were very prompt in attending to us. Ms. Mousima was extremely supportive to ensure all our rooms are properly booked on the same floor.

The hotel is partly under construction/ renovation. We had two rooms and both had shower and basin plumbing issues despite having Jaguar plumbing accesories. Request for repair was responded with an offer to change rooms. Since we had already done I of 2 days stay, we passed the offer. The swimming pool is under renovation too. There was no WiFi available. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is an in-house restuarant which operates on scheduled hours only. The property is about 150 mtrs walking from the nearest beach and about 3.5 kms (15 mins/ Rs 150 Autorickshaw ride) from Swargdwar main beach and shopping area.
