Behaviour of the person on reception was bad. He charged for an extra person 400/- per day just as I booked wrongly for one person in a double bed room for we couple. Also his behaviour was rude. Hot water service was stopped on the second day of my stay abruptly even during morning hours.

We stayed in this hotel in last week for one day and we had worst experience here! The receptionist was so rude and as he was so senior in age we could not argue with him more on any topic No hot water supply and no basic things provided like wife , drinking water , hot water for bath and tea coffee nothing was there in room and still they charged more. Will never recommend it to anyone Guys if you don’t want to ruin your trip or stay then don’t choose this option

Room was good but the service was worst. The person in the reception was very rude. The bed sheets were stained and when we asked to change it they are saying it's washed the marks are not removing even after cleaning. And they will not be able to change it. Pillow cover was torned . Lipistic marks were there, lots of hair in the bed.. after like half an hour of argument they changed it.. worst service after paying that much amount of money.
