Booked through oyo for the 21st and 22nd Dec 2023. Oyo is just an agent. Upon arrival we were told by the hotel that oyo over booked and are just agents. They took my money and denied to refund me so I made a loss of the money I paid. I clearly mentioned when booking that we shall check in at 16:30 on 21st and checkout mid night on 22nd as we have a flight to catch. They said they will give me the room for 22nd and 23rd which I don't need and have failed to refund me and keep giving me stories and saying I'm sorry for the inconvenience and that they understand me when they don't. I suggest DO NOT BOOK with or through oyo as they have done a fraud with me and stolen my money

Online Showing Good & Big Room, After Booking they provide Small room, the room condition is very worst, Washroom is very dirty, no Ventilator, Gizer is not working. Overall experience is very worst.

Worst place to stay in Mumbai Andheri , No facilities like handwash and wifi they only give you a 3 rupees medimix soap , Bad behavior of receptionist and the hotel manager. I will not suggest this hotel to stay in any point of view .

The worst OYO experience of my life. I even sent a complaint against this worst hotel management but no response from OYO till date. OYO has become so worst these days i guess. I got the worst room plus the Front desk guy was so rude. He got a lot of attitude issues. The room alotted to me has no switch to lights. I dint sleep because of that. No dust bin in the room. I got 2 blankets with large holes.
