Very rude staff, only looking for money. They will no give you room if u book from make my trip. In case of online booking they will ask for book on the application which showed maximum amount. They don't know how to treat customer. !Alert! Stay away from this hotel u will find very decent hotels nearby instead.

Worst experience ever after a confirmed booking from OYO these guys are asking 3 time more money for stay have to pay in emergency because i have no where to go in night. This is very shameful for OYO because somewhere we choose these hotel on the trust of OYO but this is not expected from OYO even I don't think OYO take any serious action against them. because lots of such complaint i'm seeing everyday. I'll suggest not to go through OYO because it's third time am facing same issue. If OYO is genuine and not helping them in doing such kind of frauds then OYO shouldn't have show such low price on website/app if they are showing then OYO should concert the price with hotel first. Hoping for better services from OYO and also looking for strict action against them.

Never visit basera homes bcz staff is very very very rude and pathetic. One of the reception guy met us down stairs in evening and one of my friend ask him what is in the box ? He said potty chair as “kyuki aap log jaise log aate hai and tod ke chale jate hai “ this is how they treat as this was the one of those incidents which happened with me during stay. Another incident was one guy from staff told me ki “sir apki aukat nahi hai, apne dekho phale kitne me room book kia hai” as they respect people with money. There are 2-3 more incidents happened with me. So i think this is one of the worst ever hotel to stay bcz the staff don’t respect guest at all. I would have given -5 stars.

Neat and clean, well lit room and bathroom. Bed sheet and pilow cover also clean. Well arranged room. 50mbps wifi. Supportive staff. They can bring BF and lunch from outside for you. Chai is very special here. Minor cons: TV had no recharge, bathroom had no hanger, wardrobe had no hanger, no kitchen etc. Overall good experience. Worth money as well. I got it for 800/day during month of april 2022
