Rooms too small, AC and geyser donot work together, leaking swimming pool making the dining space watery. But the staff and owner are very soft spoken and cooperative ....need to order food at least 12 hrs before...if any special requirement for night..to be told by morning...we wanted katla macher jhol...but couldn't relish as was ordered during late afternoon

Staffs are very good and cooperative.....in house food is tasty.....pool and terrace is too good..... small place but u will definitely enjoy every moment every day.....location and locality is also good

They have cancelled their tie up with oyo and other booking platforms, though their name is still listed on both websites. The level of harassment you'll face is unfathomable.

I know this place for a very long time... I never booked here since I lived near this guest house...I think the most positive vibe about this place is its nearness to Prantik station as well as the distance to Khowai is less, one can easily take a tuk-tuk to visit it. I never taste the food either. But its owner tastes the same food that has been served to the customers.

They don't allowed the guest if we have already cleared the payment via online. They could not provide the single room because their room is not available. But we saw unmarried a couple but they have no booking and no prepaid payment. This hotel is not for family, this is only for boyfriend and girlfriend. They have very rude behaviour. And they could not refund our postpaid booking payment. This hotel is only available for local boyfriend and girlfriend (who has not postpaid payment).
