Hotel O by OYO Hanuman Bagh

its a hoax. There is no room. I was very helpless that night. It was 11 pm, and i had to search a different hotel and it was very difficult.

Simply only one sentence -Two fraud people running a good institution.I booked a room by Oyo site(spot on 42133 hanuman bagh).I felt too bad bcz 1_google location was wrong 2_behavior of Manager was too rude 3_they doesn't know about online booking and hospitality 4_lot of monkey inside the compound (we can't carry any packed things) 5_room allotting person as a gunda(one andhra family booked 5 rooms and transferred full amount on online but this man not ready to provide room,his explanation was we need cash at check in time,we can't believe Oyo.those people losses money and start search somewhere. 6_not food facility 7_vacate time same persons begging for donation Dear friends I am only disappointed with behavior but room,neatnes,bathroom size,outside view and location wise its awesome ( means quality of building structure and other things good ,quality of hospitality very poor). If anybody try to book room, please don't transfer amount please choose pay at hotel its my suggestion. Its a ashram you can't see hotel sign board anywhere.I have a suggestion or request to management Please try to improve and learn technical side of hospitality
