Hotel staff and food service are good but Hotel condition is bad. Unclean hotel promises and cockroaches inside rooms. Blanket and towels not clean properly.

Hotel Chandigarh Regency was a pathetic experience There were too many cockroaches. Toilets were not cleaned properly there were cigarette butts in it. Blankets were full of dirt so we couldn't use them. There was no dinning hall. Even the towels which were provided wasn't washed. The floor room was not cleaned.

they are using photos of klg starlite in first pictures and hotel pictures come after those fake pictures dont ever book this property looking at the pictures
