Stay was very comfortable, staff was welcoming and soft spoken. All the demands were fulfilled within few minutes! Food was excellent. Room service was good as well.will definately stay here again and again.

Nice experience Morning sunrise was superb. Food was delicious....(veg) Recommendations. 1. Plates need more cleaning.(food) 2. Hand Wash area and toilets are attached to each other.(smell will come outside if toilet door not closed ) 3. Provide bucket and mug for non bath tub rooms if necessary. 4. Electric accessories of rooms should not work unless the key inserted to its slot.(should save power)

We enjoyed a lot in the Hotel. The staff, cleanliness, location and everything was excellent. You can go for Hotel Diamond View, Amritsar without any quary. This was the best Hotel We have ever enjoyed. I would have given as many Stars ⭐ as I could to the Hotel if possible but unluckily there are only Five Stars ⭐⭐😊

Disappointed with hotel, not good experience. Hotel even don't have normal ro water, you will have to buy water to drink. For the service part, they will talk nice on face that as if they are cooperative, but they even apply late charges for an hour of delay. They even don't have luggage rooms. This hotel is 3km away from from golden temple. Overhyped rated, I am surprised as how this hotel have such a high rating, as rooms are also way below standard as compared to 3 stars, even though they say it is a 4 star hotel. Cleanliness is also an issue, as we have booked for 4rooms for 3 nights, as some of the pillow cover tore and coming out, on complaining they postpone by just saying they will do that soon, or boy is not there. Overall we doesn't have the good experience. And found it too costly at this level of service and other things.
