My stay at the Kolkata hotel, booked through Oyo for 600 rs, turned sour when the reception demanded 1500 rs upon arrival. Despite reaching at 10 am due to my train schedule, they insisted I wait until 12 pm for check-in. Adding to the frustration, Oyo charged 108 rs as a booking fee, remained unresponsive to the issue, and didn't refund my money. A disappointing and inconvenient experience from start to finish.

Don't book room on this hotel. Worst experience ever. After online booking, They will provide false excuses and will not give you any room during check in time. Also they will charge you extra money for the same room you book. They will not even allow you to sit inside of there cabin. In there outside gate written book only @899, but you will never get piece of tissue there. I myself suffered here during my long trip from assam. That one is a worst hospitality ever faced. 👎👎

My recent stay at this accommodation was nothing short of a nightmare. The room was disgustingly dirty, with visible grime in every corner, and the outdated furnishings were worn and uncomfortable. The lack of basic amenities, from toiletries to malfunctioning fixtures, only added to the overall misery. The incessant noise from neighboring rooms, coupled with an indifferent and unprofessional staff, made for an utterly unpleasant experience. I strongly advise against anyone subjecting themselves to the sheer disappointment and discomfort this accommodation has to offer.

Firstly, booked through Agoda and faced issue during the time of check-in as they're charging an extra amount. While breakfast is included in my booking, but they charged extra amount for this as well. I've already paid online but they demanded extra amount by saying that they've tie up with oyo and oyo charged extra amount. Hence, the tariff doesn't do justice to the quality of stay and it's definitely overpriced on that note. Secondly they do not provide any water bottles and tissues in the room. Thirdly, the size of the room is too small for 2 pax. Rooms are not at all upto the mark. Fourthly, there're no sports channel in the Tv (while other hotels provide in case the channel is unavailable or out of recharge, but they refused to provide completely). Next point is there's no lift. You have to climb up the stairs. The reception guys are very rude and unprofessional, even the room attendants. So, overall not a good experience at all, worst hospitality ever faced.
