Worst!!! Worst!!! Worst!!!! This is the worst hotel room I’ve ever stayed! I’ve stayed at many townhouse across India but this one was the worst. The receptionist and staff were extremely rude and didn’t know how to treat the guest! Coming to rooms, everything was so bad, no hot water, switches were not working, rooms were stinking, washrooms were bad, there were mosquitoes in the room, the spring of the mattress were coming out. I don’t even know why this place is still operational. It should be shut down immediately!! It looks like haunted place. The photos on OYO app are scam!!!! The receptionist asked us to check out at 10:30 am whereas the checkout time was 11 on the app. The OYO customer support doesn’t help in such cases which is horrible.

This is OYO Townhouse, but dont book from OYO, the Property manager will tell that the price given by OYO wont work, and demand more money, or cancel the booking. This will happen when you are standing in the reception waiting to check-in. (Seems to be a the best time to demand more money by Property Owner) OYO will not bare this cost. They will offer to Relocate to a smaller and cheaper hotel. Hotel rooms are not that great. Door lock did not work, they provided a Rs.10 mini suitcase lock to lock the room. Very disappointed. Ammenities says, hot woter is available, but no geyser in room, there is a solar geyser. They will keep asking us to waste a lot of water to get hot water. and on rainy days, forget to get hot water. Overall very disappointed. Should have booked better hotel.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at the OYO hotel, largely due to the unprofessional behavior of the manager, Ajit. This review aims to shed light on the unacceptable conduct I encountered during my stay. Upon reporting a malfunctioning air conditioning unit in my room, Ajit shockingly suggested that the cooling issues were a result of my supposedly lower payment. This insinuation was not only absurd but also hinted at a willingness to compromise service quality for additional payment, a practice that goes against ethical business standards. To exacerbate the situation, I was made to wait for an unreasonably long period before being assigned a new room. Throughout this time, Ajit continued to make inappropriate comments, displaying a complete lack of regard for customer satisfaction. Such conduct is inexcusable and tarnished my perception of OYO as a reputable hotel chain. Adding insult to injury, Ajit unnecessarily checked my phone for booking details, despite having all the necessary information readily available. This invasion of privacy is a clear violation of basic customer rights and further exemplifies the unprofessionalism displayed by Ajit. As a paying customer who booked online and paid in full, I expected a certain level of service and respect from the hotel staff. Unfortunately, Ajit's behavior fell well below these expectations, leaving me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. I hope this review prompts a thorough investigation and appropriate action against Ajit to prevent the recurrence of such incidents. Upholding customer satisfaction should be a priority for any reputable establishment, and it is disheartening to witness such a blatant disregard for this principle at OYO.

The hotel is pathetic!!!! I don’t recommend this to anyone. Pls don’t book this hotel if anybody is reading the reviews. We booked 3 rooms for 3400 but the receptionist asked us 4500 i.e. 1500 for one room. The receptionist was very rude and told us even if we complain on oyo’s service centre, they won’t listen. The customer support of oyo is the worst, they don’t solve the customers query. The room was smelly, switches were not working, no hot water, washrooms were dirty, no ventilation, ac was not working properly, the mattress was bad, spring was coming out. After repeatedly asking for changing the room they changed after 11:30 pm at night and the other room was again same!!!! At the end I only would want to say that this the worst townhouse of oyo, the staff is extremely rude (especially to people outside Tamil Nadu) and not at all cooperative.
