Sorry excuse of a hotel, staff didn't even have the manners to open the gate and let one onto the premises, much less anything else. It was late, and the staff could've simply either opened up or turned one away. Instead they had the cheek to lecture that it's late and one should be aware that people turn in by that time. Is this a hotel or not???! The owner of the hotel came out to the gate, and far from being of any help, gave the excuse that they couldn't find the keys to the gate. Pathetic. Don't go here even by mistake. As it is the place isn't anybody's first choice, and the unspeakably bad attitude of the staff will just leave a bad taste in the mouth.
